The program starts with a four-week training boot camp covering investment topics as well as soft-skills.
Boot camp (starts mid-September 2022) A four week learning program hosted by Fitch International for 20 UK graduates who are eligible to work in the UK to give a comprehensive overview of the investment profession.

Internship (starts October 2022)
Internships are not guaranteed for all candidates.
Successful candidates will have completed the Bootcamp with 100% attendance, completed all assignments and have been selected by participating firms.
Internship roles will be across investment research, performance management, private credit, investment banking, operations, valuation, product control, public equity, credit ratings, fund research, product development, financial reporting, investment compliance, data analytics, restructuring, etc.
Interns are subjected to respective company policies during the internships
Community Lifelong relationships
All participants will receive a Young Women in Investment Program certificate upon successful completion of the boot camp.
Fitch International’s four-week bootcamp will provide a comprehensive overview of the investment profession for 20 UK candidates and 20 Ukrainian candidates. With additional talks from leading firms, this is an opportunity to grow your understanding of the industry, build connections with firms and kick start your career.

Who can apply?
Students finishing their studies (including Masters) 2022 or candidates who have graduated within the last two years (2020/2021)
A Minimum 2:1 Grade (Actual/Predicted)
Open to any educational discipline (Finance education/experience not required)
Candidates must have the right to live/work in the UK (No Sponsorships will be offered)

What is the commitment from candidates?
All candidates must be able to commit to the four-week Bootcamp (starting mid-September 2022).
Candidates who are interested in participating in an internship will also be required to be available from the middle of October for a six to twelve-month paid internship. This will be confirmed with the participating firm upon acceptance of internship.
